Motto: “Better to be small and shine than to be large and cast a shadow.” Favorite Saying: “Yeah, man.” Edith is sweet and loyal to everyone she meets. Her pleasing disposition has won her many friends. May her life be long and happy.

Ethel Nesbitt Ingram. “Et”. Purple Cloud staff Asst. ’34, ’35; President of Class ’36; Asst. News Editor Purple Cloud ’37; Asst Business manager Purple Cloud ’37; Class Historian ’37; Senior Play ’37. Motto: “Live and Learn.” Favorite saying; “Yeah, Man!” Ethel is very popular in our class. She always has a good word and smile for everybody. She is loyal to her friends and is loved by all who knows her.
