Cliffside, March 9—Misses Clara Atkinson and Macie Bridges visited Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Dillingham near Shelby during the week-end.

Miss Alice Carpenter, of Columbia, S. C. and Mr. Charlie Carpenter of Charlotte were visitors in Cliffside during the week-end.
Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Keeter, of Charlotte, visited relatives in Cliffside, Sunday.
Miss Ethylyn [Etheleen] Keeter, of Charlotte, visited her parents Sunday.
Dr. Arthur Fox, of Morristown, Tenn., will begin a week or ten days revival Monday night, March, 16.

Mr. John Kanipe, of Gastonia is spending several days with her mother, Mrs. J. M. Whisnant, who is ill.
Miss Corene Johnson returned to her home after being in the Rutherford hospital several days.
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Watkins and family of Belton, S. C., visited Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Watkins during the week-end.
Mr. J. W. Padgett entertained for her four year-old son, Faye, with a birthday party. There were sixteen little boys and girls present and after several games, ice cream and cake were served. Faye received many nice gifts.
