Cliffside, Feb. 17—Misses Helen Patterson and Flora Wilson, of near Rutherfordton, are visiting friends and relatives in Cliffside.
Miss Ethylyn [Etheleen] Keeter of the National Business College in Charlotte, spent the week-end with her parents.
Misses Ethylyn [Etheleen] Roberson and Geraldine McCurry, of Boiling Springs College, spent the week-end with their parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Lancaster and children, Melvin and Julia Ann, of Caroleen, spent the week-end with Mrs. Odie Lancaster.
Mr. and Mrs. Sam Crawley and children, Mary and Hazel, and Mrs. Addie Smart visited relatives in Cliffside, Sunday afternoon.
The J.O.Y.B.T.U. Union had a very delightful time at a social Monday night at the home of their leader, Mrs. Chas. McCurry. A large number was present and everyone reported a fine time.
The Men’s Evangelistic Club of Cliffside will hold services at the prison camp, Sunday, Feb. 23.
