Present Day Tour (2002)

Water Towers

One, hundreds of feet high, stands on a tripod of steel girders. The other is a solid tube-shaped tank, half the height of the tallest one.
Just south of the old church, atop the highest hill in Cliffside, are the water towers. Now, with no homes or stores to impede their view, they seem so much nearer than when we were young. (Next, we jump back and travel down the other, west, side of North Main.)
