Present Day Tour (2002)

War Memorial

It's a thin brick structure, housing the plaque.
At the base of the tower stands this glass-encased bronze plaque commemorating all those from Cliffside who served in World War II. The plaque, displaying the names of 272 veterans, hung for many years at the entrance to the old post office in the mill office building, which no longer stands.
