An Amazing Coincidence
One recent afternoon we were working on a new World War II article for this website. We had just scanned a list of Cliffside's 366 World War II veterans. In the process, I had messed up the first name on the list, and was retyping it...“ADAIR, COLEN C.” At the very instant I finished typing the name, Outlook Express made its dinging sound, signaling that an email had arrived. I reached down to the taskbar, clicked on the Inbox icon, and read this message:
Oooooo-eeeee-oooooooo. I just about dropped my few remaining teeth. What cosmic force was at work here?
