Does anyone know when this work might have been done? Was it prior to R. R. Haynes' death, or after?

#cgw047 Charles F. Moore

There once was one or more stuffed hawks or eagles in the the town library in the Memorial Building. Could this be one of them?

Update: We've established that this was a Golden eagle that was shot and stuffed in 1920, the very one that sat on a perch for over half a century in the library in the Memorial Building. Was Mr. Moore the taxidermist? Does anyone know? The old eagle still “lives”—in the conference room at the new mill. Look here for the full story.
