Upgrading the Office Building - About 1919

Apparently these workmen are adding the upper floor to the old Cliffside office. We are guessing this expansion occurred soon after World War I ended. Note the brick columns between the fish pond and the building. For a later view of these and the second floor balcony and walkway they supported, look back at this photo.
