Lady on a footbridge

The only thing we know for sure is, the photographer was wearing a hat. We'd like to learn who the woman was, and where the photo was taken. And was there once a footbridge that no one now remembers?
Several have responded about the location of the footbridge. It was located just east of the Methodist Church and spanned the creek over to Academy Street. The house on the hill in the background is on Highland Street. In earlier times, before erection of the more modern creek bridge we remember, the small footbridge was somewhat wider, and was used for pedestrian, buggy and auto traffic.
